Item 8 - Reporting Device Issues You agree to immediately report any GPS device malfunction, damage, loss, or technical issue to Jessica Bolden. You may not use a device malfunction as justification for a gap in monitoring. Unreported device issues that result in a monitoring gap will be treated as a violation regardless of cause. Item 9 - Address & Contact Notification You agree to immediately notify Jessica Bolden of any change to your residence address, phone number, or emergency contact information. Any change of residence must be pre-approved by your supervising officer. Residing at or operating the device from an unregistered or unapproved address constitutes a violation of your monitoring conditions. 5 Item 10 - Court Appearance Obligation GPS monitoring does not modify, waive, or replace any obligation to appear at all scheduled court proceedings for Case 2026 CF 000932 in OSCEOLA County. Failure to appear while on GPS monitoring will result in immediate notification to the court, GPS Monitoring LLC / Axiom Surety, and law enforcement and may result in a bench warrant, forfeiture of your 20000.00 bond, and arrest.
